Here’s a shot of the multi-talented (and pretty darn cute) Lucy giving us a recital on Valentine’s Day. We were busy with birthdays in February. Jay turned six and Lucy turned three. We had many, many little celebrations through the month: Lucy had small celebration at home with a couple of friends on her official birthday, a celebration with each set of grandparents (one including Aunt Sharla and my new newphew who were visiting), a celebration at school, and her official combined birthday party with Jay later in the month. Jay had a small celebration with one set of grandparents first, his combined birthday party with Lucy, a small celebration at home with us on his official birthday, another cupcake celebration at school on that day, and an ice cream party that weekend with both sets of grandparents and his aunt and uncle (and new cousin).
