has a New York Times bestseller book (humor section of your favorite bookstore)!! For those of you who are lawyers practicing in the U.S. with any connection to summer recruiting classes in the last ten years, you have probably heard of the famous exploits of Tucker Max at Fenwick & West (my former firm). In fact, one long “chapter” of his book deals with just those events. Suffice to say he’s the only summer intern in the history of Fenwick & West who was fired mid-summer. Amazing to me that a sociopathic spoiled frat boy with nothing substantive to show for his expensive Duke Law education is now earning royalties on a bestselling book. But I’m not bitter … I guess I chose the wrong profession!!

According to the wikipedia entry he is talking with Comedy Central about a pilot too. Who knew that being a self proclaimed $!%@# could be so profitable?
